These Terms apply to the following groups: individuals visiting our Site who do not register or purchase services; users who acquire a Subscription to our Service directly from ASIN CLOUD; and individuals who receive access to the Service via an employer or organization that has entered into an enterprise agreement with ASIN CLOUD. If you are an Authorized User, you recognize that your use of the Service is governed both by these Terms and by the agreement with the enterprise customer providing your access. In the event that there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the enterprise agreement, the terms of the enterprise agreement will prevail when applicable. Please review these Terms carefully before accessing the Service. If you do not accept these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Service and should stop using it immediately.
When using the Service on any device such as a mobile phone, laptop, desktop, or others, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure your Device has an active Internet connection and cover any Internet or telecommunications charges that may result from usage.
ASIN CLOUD is not responsible for the performance of your Device. You are solely responsible for making sure your Device’s system functions are operational when accessing the Service, including aspects like screen display and other relevant features.
Access to the Service may be temporarily suspended without notice due to system failures, maintenance or repairs, suspected violations of these Terms, situations outside our reasonable control, or other circumstances described in these Terms.
Provided you comply with these Terms, ASIN CLOUD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and non-assignable license to access and use the Service (including any updates, upgrades, or documentation that do not come with separate licenses) solely for your personal use on a Device you own or control. All other rights not specifically granted in these Terms remain reserved by ASIN CLOUD.
You are only allowed to access and use the Service as explicitly permitted by these Terms. You may not: modify, copy, create derivative works from, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the Service; sell, assign, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the Service to any third party; or use the Service for any illegal, unauthorized, abnormal, or inappropriate activities as determined solely by ASIN CLOUD.
The Service is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old, or those meeting the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or otherwise meet the age requirement of your location).
ASIN CLOUD may, but is not required to, monitor or review activity on the Service at any time. If we learn of any potential breach of these Terms by you, we reserve the right to investigate and, at our sole discretion, may immediately terminate your right to use the Service as outlined in the “Termination” Section of these Terms.
You must not use—or allow anyone else to use—the Service in ways that: are illegal, unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious, such as hacking or introducing malicious code (including viruses) into the Service or its operating systems; could harm, overload, compromise, or disrupt our systems or security, or interfere with other users’ experience; involve collecting or harvesting any information or data from the Service or our systems, or trying to decipher transmissions to or from the Service’s servers; employ robots, spiders, or similar automated tools to monitor or copy the Service or its content, except as permitted by our Site’s robots.txt file; send, receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any materials that do not comply with these Terms; send or arrange to send unsolicited or unauthorized advertisements, promotions, or other similar materials (i.e., spam); develop or use applications that interact with our Service without our prior written approval; override or disregard instructions provided by us; or if you are an Authorized User, act in violation of the agreement between ASIN CLOUD and the enterprise customer granting your access.
You understand and accept that you are fully responsible for any violation of these Terms and that ASIN CLOUD bears no liability to you or any third party for any such violations or their outcomes.
These Terms also include the provisions of our Privacy Policy, which you can access at https://asincloud.com/privacy-policy/ (and which may be updated periodically). Our Privacy Policy describes how ASIN CLOUD collects and uses your personal data, along with other important information regarding your privacy. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy and consent to: the processing of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy, and the collection of data from your Device as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Certain features of ASIN CLOUD’s Service may require you to set up an account and provide your first name, last name, email address, password, and potentially other details. You are fully responsible for all information linked to your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to supply accurate, current, and complete information whenever requested and to keep this information up to date. Failure to provide and maintain accurate and complete account details may prevent you from accessing or using the Service.
It is crucial to keep your account secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords. Notify ASIN CLOUD immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your password or account.
Accounts are personal and cannot be sold, traded, transferred, or gifted under any circumstances. Your account information and password must not be shared with anyone else.
You agree to pay any applicable fees and taxes incurred by you or anyone using your account. YOU ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL CHARGES TO YOUR ACCOUNT, INCLUDING ANY UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES.
You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us, as outlined in the “Communication” section below
ASIN CLOUD may terminate your account at its discretion for any reason, including if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activities, account termination is required by law, or we choose to discontinue offering the Service or significant parts of it. Upon termination, your account and its information may be deleted, and you have no ownership rights to your account.
ASIN CLOUD may offer free trial accounts for evaluation purposes prior to purchase, at our discretion. Trial accounts are meant solely for temporary, non-commercial evaluation and may be subject to restrictions specified at signup. Creating multiple trial accounts to avoid payment or improperly extend access is strictly forbidden. ASIN CLOUD reserves the right to suspend or terminate trial accounts that violate these Terms. Anyone found abusing the trial system may be permanently barred from using the Service in the future.
When you choose to purchase products or services from ASIN CLOUD, you agree to provide a valid and accepted payment method, which we are authorized to charge. ASIN CLOUD relies on third-party providers to process payments and authorize credit cards. By submitting your Payment Method details to us or our payment processors, you give ASIN CLOUD permission to store and process your information with these third parties. Please promptly update us if your billing address or payment information changes. ASIN CLOUD is not liable for any security failures by these third-party processors in protecting your information.
You are responsible for all charges made through your account, as well as any applicable taxes and transaction fees. By supplying your Payment Method, you authorize ASIN CLOUD (or its payment processors) to immediately charge all amounts due, including but not limited to service fees, subscription fees, transactions fees, overdraft fees, or any other charges relating to your use of our Service and purchases.
All pricing is in US dollars. While we may accept payments in other currencies via our payment processors (Stripe), all payments are converted to and finalized in US dollars. ASIN CLOUD is not responsible for any exchange rates or fees from your payment provider.
Product and service availability cannot be guaranteed at any specific time, and ASIN CLOUD reserves the right to change or discontinue offerings at any time without notice. All displayed prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping charges. Every order is subject to acceptance and availability.
Products and services obtained from ASIN CLOUD are intended solely for your personal use; you may not sell or resell anything you purchase or receive from us. We may cancel any orders that appear to violate these Terms at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
All purchases made through ASIN CLOUD’s Service are nonrefundable. However, at our discretion, we may issue credits to your account or discount a future payment. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us using the information in “Communication” section or email [email protected]
To activate a Subscription, you may need to provide a valid and up-to-date payment method. You authorize ASIN CLOUD to charge any Payment Method linked to your account if your primary payment method is declined or unavailable. You are still responsible for any unpaid amounts. ASIN CLOUD uses trusted third parties (currently Stripe) for payment processing and credit card authorization. By submitting your payment details to us or our processors, you allow ASIN CLOUD to store and process your information through these providers. ASIN CLOUD is not liable for any failures by these third parties to protect your information.
If a payment cannot be completed (for example, due to an expired card or insufficient funds), ASIN CLOUD may suspend your Subscription until we receive payment through a valid method. Some payment providers may apply additional fees or charges, so please check with your provider for details.
By enrolling in a Subscription, you agree that ASIN CLOUD may process recurring payments using your Payment Method until you inform us with advance written notice (and receive confirmation from us) that you wish to cancel your Subscription or update your payment details. Any notice you provide will not affect charges already processed before we could reasonably act to terminate or change your Subscription.

If you wish to use a different payment method or if your payment details change or expire, you can update your information in your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected] ASIN CLOUD may also update your payment method based on data provided by payment service providers. Once your payment information is updated, you authorize us to continue charging the applicable method. If your payment method expires, your continued use of the Service constitutes your consent for us to keep billing that method, and you remain responsible for any outstanding payments. You are responsible for keeping your contact and payment information accurate and up to date.
Your Subscription will keep renewing unless you choose to cancel or ASIN CLOUD terminates your account. You can make changes or cancel your Subscription at any time by logging into your account or by reaching out to us as described in Communication section. To avoid being billed for the next month or year, you must cancel your Subscription before the renewal date.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time, and your remaining requests will be refunded after a calculation made based on your plan’s total price. If ASIN CLOUD suspends or ends your account or these Terms due to a violation of the Terms, you agree you will not receive any refund or credit for unused time, fees, account content, or data.
ASIN CLOUD may provide special promotions or offers for eligible users. If you subscribe through one of these offers, you’ll be billed at the promotional rate for the specified period. After that, your Subscription will automatically renew at the regular rate.
ASIN CLOUD reserves the right to modify Subscription plans, fees, discounts, or any part of the Service at any time, at our sole discretion. Unless otherwise stated, any changes to Subscription fees will become effective after we notify you.
We value user feedback on our Service and welcome your comments. However, ASIN CLOUD’s policy is not to accept or review any unsolicited ideas, suggestions, proposals, or materials, unless we have asked for them. This approach helps prevent misunderstandings if future products or services developed by our team happen to resemble ideas submitted by users.
If you submit ideas to us despite this policy, you agree that: your Submission is non-confidential and non-proprietary; subject to our Privacy Policy, ASIN CLOUD may freely use, copy, distribute, adapt, and disclose your Submission in any form, worldwide, for any purpose, without compensation to you. This includes creating derivative works, making changes, performing, transmitting, sublicensing, or transferring those rights in any way, now or in the future; we may already be working on similar ideas; and you will not receive any payment or reimbursement from ASIN CLOUD for your Submission under any circumstances.
The ASIN CLOUD name and logo are protected trademarks and service marks of ASIN CLOUD. You are not permitted to use any of our trademarks, service marks, or logos without authorization. Unauthorized use of these marks may violate trademark laws.
You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights related to the Service—whether registered or not—such as graphics, logos, user interface, design elements, code, and all related content, belong exclusively to ASIN CLOUD or its licensors. These elements are protected by intellectual property laws and considered confidential trade secrets or proprietary information of ASIN CLOUD. All right, title, and interest in the Service, including copyrights and other legal rights worldwide, remain with ASIN CLOUD and/or its licensors. The Service may also include information marked confidential; you agree not to disclose such information without our prior written approval.
Nothing on the Service should be interpreted as granting you a license or right to use ASIN CLOUD’s trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property, unless explicitly permitted in writing. ASIN CLOUD may, at its discretion, assume exclusive control and defense of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us. In such cases, you will cooperate as needed. This indemnification is in addition to, and does not replace, any indemnities you have agreed to in other written agreements with ASIN CLOUD or its affiliates.
The ASIN CLOUD service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” ASIN CLOUD does not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other malicious code. ASIN CLOUD is under no obligation to fix bugs, defects, or errors, nor to offer ongoing support, development, or maintenance for the Service. While we take reasonable steps to protect against viruses and other dangerous software, we assume no responsibility for them. We also do not guarantee that any content or information shared via our Service is accurate, complete, or current.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ASIN CLOUD disclaims all warranties, conditions, representations, or other terms (express or implied), including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, with respect to the service (including our products) and any information or content made available therein.
No advice or information, whether obtained through the Service or provided by ASIN CLOUD verbally or in writing, will create any warranty. Because some locations do not permit disclaimers of implied warranties, these limitations may not apply to you.

When these Terms are terminated for any reason: all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately end, you must stop all use of the Service, and we may block or restrict your access to the Service.

By accepting these Terms, you agree that any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or relating to the Service, these Terms, or any related agreements—except those involving actual or alleged intellectual property rights—will be resolved by binding arbitration. Both you and ASIN CLOUD agree that arbitration will be conducted solely on an individual basis. These Terms do not allow for class or representative arbitration, and the arbitrator cannot combine more than one person’s claims or oversee any class or representative proceedings. If a court finds this restriction invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the arbitration agreement will still apply.
If a concern cannot be resolved informally, either party may initiate binding arbitration by delivering a written request for arbitration to the other. The arbitration process will be conducted in accordance with robust and recognized procedures designed to ensure fairness and efficiency. Throughout this process, we are fully committed to providing comprehensive support to all parties involved. Additionally, either party may seek legal recourse to enforce arbitration, stay litigation during arbitration, or confirm and enforce the arbitrator’s decision. The decision reached in arbitration will be considered final and binding, except where the law provides otherwise.
By agreeing to arbitration, you understand you are waiving your right to take disputes to court, with your case instead decided by a neutral arbitrator. Arbitration is generally quicker and simpler than court, and arbitrator decisions are enforceable as court orders with limited grounds for appeal.
The arbitration process will be conducted online, allowing both parties to participate remotely through secure electronic communication methods such as videoconferencing or other digital platforms, ensuring accessibility and convenience without the need to be physically present
Arbitration will be limited to disputes between you and ASIN CLOUD individually. You agree that: disputes cannot be arbitrated as a class action; no private attorney general actions are permitted; and arbitrations will not be combined with any other arbitrations.
Certain claims are not subject to mandatory arbitration. These include Excluded Disputes; claims involving allegations of theft, piracy, violation of privacy, or unauthorized use; and requests for equitable relief (such as injunctions). Additionally, either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court instead of arbitration.
If you start arbitration, you are responsible for paying the arbitration initiation fee. If ASIN CLOUD starts arbitration, we will pay that fee. All other arbitration costs will be allocated according to the arbitration agency’s rules.
You may not assign your rights or delegate your obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of ASIN CLOUD. Any unauthorized attempt to assign is null and void.
If any section of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid (except as otherwise provided in the Dispute Resolution Section), that part will be severed and the rest will remain in full effect.
Unless specified otherwise in these Terms, if any legal action or arbitration arises under these Terms, the prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs from the other party.
Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not mean we waive our rights to enforce that part or any other part later. Only an explicit, written waiver applies to a provision, and it does not constitute a waiver for the future.
You agree that a violation of these Terms could cause ASIN CLOUD irreparable harm. We have the right, without posting bond or proving damages, to seek appropriate court orders or equitable remedies in addition to other available legal remedies.
These Terms, including all referenced documents, form the entire agreement between you and ASIN CLOUD regarding your use of the service and replace any previous agreements on this subject.
ASIN CLOUD may assign or transfer our rights and responsibilities under these Terms to another company or organization, but this will not impact your rights or our obligations under these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at our sole discretion and will inform you of any material changes when you next use the Service (or via email, if applicable). We also reserve the right to update, pause, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
